Passholder Portal
As a Colchester Zoo Passholder, we are aware you may need to update your membership details with us, view the mist up to date terms and conditions of your Zoo Pass of simply to login and check out your current Zoo Pass expiry date.
Digital Membership
Download a copy of your Annual Zoo Pass straight to your Apple Wallet or an Android Wallet App so that you always have it with you and never miss a Zoo day.
Important Information
- You will need the email address on your Zoo Pass record, your surname, your Pass ID number (printed on your card) and the postcode linked to you Zoo Pass record to login to the pass portal.
