Book your slot to visit our Soft Play Area!
- You must book your children’s Jungle Tumble tickets via our website ahead of your visit, this includes those with Zoo Passes and under 3s.
- Visitors can only book 1 play session per day, please only book if you are able to attend the session.
- Our team may ask you to queue ahead of your time slot if you arrive early.
- Each child’s ticket should then be presented to our team to scan on entry, via a mobile device or a print out.
- When your child’s session is nearly up, our team will give a 5 minute warning asking children to leave the play area and put on their shoes.
- Session time includes times to remove shoes and get ready to leave.
- Socks MUST be worn to enter the play area.
Important Information
In order to make this a fun and safe environment for all there is a restricted number of Jungle Tumble Admission Tickets available to book per day. This has been done with both staff and guest safety in mind, and to improve your experience within the soft play area, avoiding over crowding and making sure more people are able to enjoy the play area each day.
Each slot available is 45 minutes long, with the first slot starting at 10.30am. You will need to pre-book a FREE Jungle Tumble admission ticket for each child who would like to enter the play area. This includes those children under 3 years old and Zoo Passholders. You do not need to book a Jungle Tumble slot for any parents/guardians accompanying the child.
Jungle Tumble is a very popular area of the zoo therefore consecutive play sessions are not permitted. Please do not attempt to book consecutive play sessions as you will be asked to leave Jungle Tumble after the first play session and not readmitted.
