Hire a Stroller
We offer both single and double strollers for hire. We have a limited number of strollers available and recommend pre-booking them in advance (24hrs notice is required for pre-booking). Please complete the Hire Enquiry Form below and a member of the Guest Services Team will be in touch. Please be aware that until a confirmation from our team is received, an enquiry is not a confirmed booking due to the high demand. Strollers are available for children aged 1-6 years.

A £25 returnable deposit will be required on the day of your visit in order for the stroller to be released to you (deposit price is per stroller).
Hire a Wheelchair or Mobility Scooter
You can hire a wheelchair or electric mobility scooter from Colchester Zoo at the main entrance.

Electric mobility scooters are available for hire by those over 18 years ONLY.

Please note: The weight limit for our Electric Mobility Scooter hire is 350lbs.
Important Notice: Please be aware that mobility scooters and wheelchairs will not be available to hire during our Enchanted Trail of Light event.
