Important Information
- All tickets are non-refundable.
- E-tickets can be purchased online in advance until 23:59 the day before you wish to visit.
- We reserve the right to ask for age verification and photo ID for admission upon entry into the Zoo; this includes under 3 ticket selection.
- By selecting our ‘with donation’ option, £1 will be donated to our charity, Colchester Zoological Society, with every paying ticket.
- We are unable to allow admittance to children under the age of 16yrs without a full paying adult or adult passholder.
- Those visiting with a valid Zoo Pass, open-dated ticket or complimentary tickets are not required to pre-book in advance.
