    Charity fundraising requests

    Please note that our application period is now CLOSED. The application period will reopen in March 2025.

    Colchester Zoo and its charitable organisation, Action for the Wild, donates hundreds of complimentary tickets to local organisations, including schools and charities, to assist with their fundraising efforts. These requests have grown to such an extent over the past few years that it has resulted in us having to put a policy in place to consider all applications.

    However, we understand there could be times when we make mistakes, and if this happens, we want to hear about it, because we take complaints and concerns very seriously and treat them as a huge opportunity to improve our work and prevent those situations happening again.
